Sogecommerce, Société Générale’s payment solution
Buki France uses Sogecommerce, the online payment solution offered by SG (Société Générale), to process your purchases. Our store integrates the Sogecommerce module for PrestaShop and its embedded payment form: you enter your details in the Sogecommerce payment interface within the checkout process.
Encrypted connections and bank authentication
Sogecommerce uses TLS encryption to protect exchanges with its payment platform. Encryption helps keep the information transmitted during payment confidential.
3D Secure allows your bank to check that you are making the purchase. Depending on the transaction, your bank may ask you to confirm payment in its app or through another authentication method. Your bank manages this step.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also offered when available on your device and browser. The available options are displayed at the payment step.
Paying for your order
Payments are handled by our Sogecommerce payment solution. Depending on your bank and transaction, you may be asked to authenticate your payment. Follow the instructions provided by your bank.
After payment, you are redirected to your order confirmation. You can find your orders in your customer account.
Having trouble with your payment?
If an error appears after you confirm payment, check the orders in your customer account before trying again. If in doubt, contact our customer service team with your order reference, if available. Never send your full card number or security code.
